Does Mia need a deposit?
For a birthday party and a smaller event, full payment can be made upon completion of her work.
For a bigger event, or when it's her busy time like summer and Christmas, she will ask for a deposit or a cancellation fee.

How many faces can Mia paint in an hour?
It depends on the designs customers want.
If Mia paints only quick or small designs, she can paint 15 to 25 faces in an hour.
If she does basic full-face designs, she can paint 6 to 10 faces.
Intricate or custom designs will take longer.

What do I need to provide for Mia when she does face painting for my event?
For a birthday party, Mia will provide all face painting supplies, a small table, and a chair. You don’t need to provide anything, she just needs a small and bright working space (4' x 4' minimum).
For a larger or public event, it would be great if you could provide a table and extra chairs. And for outside events, a tent. If you don’t have them, let Mia know and she can provide them.

What kind of designs can Mia paint?
Mia's designs are all original. Please check the "photos" page, you can see her designs there.

How can I remove the face paint?
The paint will wash off with soap and warm water. Cleansing cream works even better.

Why doesn't Mia paint under 3 years old?
This is a safety issue to protect toddlers.
Although Mia uses safe paints, if their skin happens to react, they are too small to handle it and it might turn into a big problem.
I understand that the parents would think their toddler looks cute with face painting, but safety first!

We have a big event. Can Mia supply other face painters?
Yes, Mia can arrange it for you. Please contact Mia.

We have a charity event. Can Mia paint free or give us a discount?
Mia gets many requests like this from charities and non-profit organizations.
If she would accept one, she has to do them all to make it fair.
Since Mia makes her living as a professional full-time face and body painter, she is not able to do that.
Mia donates some of her annual earnings to a charity that she chooses every year. This is her way to give something back to her communities.

When is Mia's next face painting workshop?
Mia has no set dates for the workshops at the moment.
She talks to you and together you will decide the date that works best for everyone.

What is the cost for a workshop?
The cost depends on the type of workshop and the number of students.
